COCONUT PIE | |
3 eggs 1 c. sugar 2/3 stick butter, melted 1/3 c. buttermilk 1 tsp. lemon flavoring 1/2 can coconut pie crust Mix all ingredients. Pour into pie crust. Bake at 375°F for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 325°F and cook for 25 to 30 minutes, until firm. |
