DOT'S FRIED PIES 
4 c. flour
1 c. Crisco
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. evaporated milk
Favorite pie filling

Mix first 3 ingredients. Cut in Crisco like meal. Add milk; mix well and take small amount of dough and roll to pie crust thickness. Take small bowl and cut out round thins of dough. Place a spoonful of your favorite filling and wet edges with water. Fold over and seal with fork. Fry in oil over medium heat until golden brown.
