NO-PEEK CASSEROLE 
2 lb. stew meat or flank steak
2 pkg. Lipton's onion soup mix
2 (10 oz.) cans Golden mushroom soup
1 (4 oz.) cans mushrooms with liquid
1/2 c. burgundy wine

Mix all ingredients in heavy bowl. Bake at 300 degrees for 3 hours. Do NOT remove foil lid. Serve over noodles or rice.
