NO-PEEK CASSEROLE 
2 lb. round steak (cut up in cubes), raw
8 oz. mushrooms, with liquid
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 can golden mushroom soup
1/2 c. chicken or beef broth

Place all of the above in a 2 1/2 quart dish. Bake 3 hours at 300 degree (or 50 minutes at 425 degrees). Serve over rice.
