NO PEEK CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 c. rice
1 c. water
Cut up chicken pieces, boneless
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Dry onion soup mix

Line an oblong pan with foil. Mix rice and water together. Pour in the pan. Lay pieces of chicken on top of the rice. Pour the can of cream of mushroom soup over the chicken. Sprinkle the dry onion soup mix over all. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and don't peek.
