2 lb. round steak, cut into bite sized pieces
2 c. mushrooms
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 can mushroom soup, undiluted
1/2 c. burgundy
1 c. sour cream

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Combine all ingredients except sour cream in a 2 quart casserole and cover tightly. Bake for 3 hours. DO NOT PEEK! Stir in sour cream and serve over rice or noodles. Serves 6 to 8.
