NO PEEK BEEF CASSEROLE 
4 lbs. stew beef (cut into 1-inch pieces)
2 env. Lipton onion soup mix
3 (10 1/2 oz.) cans cream of mushroom soup
2 (4 oz.) cans whole mushrooms
4 c. red wine

Combine all ingredients in the crock pot. Stir together well. Cover and cook on LOW for 8-12 hours, on HIGH 5-6 hours. Serve over noodles or rice.
