NO PEEK CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. stewing beef, cut into bite size pieces
1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced & sauteed
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 can mushroom soup, undiluted
1/2 c. burgundy wine

Mix all ingredients in 2 quart casserole with tight fitting cover. Cover. Bake in 300 degree oven for 3 hours. Do not peek! Serves 5 to 6 over steamed rice or wide noodles.
