2 lbs. boneless stew meat
1/2 pkg. dry onion mix
1 c. ginger ale
4 oz. can mushrooms with liquid
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Mix all ingredients and cook in tightly covered casserole at 300 degrees for 3 hours. Do not uncover at all during this time. Serve over cooked noodles or rice.
