MEATBALLS IN BARBECUE SAUCE
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork
1 egg (beaten)
1/2 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. garlic salt
2 tbsp. A-1 sauce
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. mustard
1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce

Barbecue Sauce:

1 c. ketchup
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. hot sauce
1/4 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. mustard
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. seasoned salt

Mix all the meatball ingredients together. Form into 1-inch balls. Lightly grease a baking pan or spray it with cooking spray and place meatballs in pan.

Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes. After cooking place meatballs in a large enough pan or dish to hold them all.

Mix all the ingredients for the barbecue sauce together. Pour over meatballs. Place back in oven for 10 minutes. Cut off oven but leave meatballs in oven for 20 to 25 minutes for flavors to blend.
