SPAGHETTI SALAD 
4 c. cooked spaghetti
1 sm. pkg. sliced pepperoni
1/2 sm. green pepper, chopped fine
1/2 sm. red pepper, chopped fine
1/2 sm. yellow pepper, chopped fine
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 cucumber, sliced
1 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded

SAUCE:

1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/3 c. wine vinegar (may use more if desired)
1/4 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 tbsp. basil
1 tbsp. oregano
1/2 tbsp. garlic

Combine sauce ingredients the night before serving this dish. Store in refrigerator overnight. Add remaining ingredients to sauce at least 2 hours before serving. Add more wine vinegar or mayonnaise at this point if desired.
