CRAB QUICHE | |
1/4 c. mayonnaise 1/4 c. milk 2 beaten eggs 2 tbsp. flour 1/2 tsp. salt 1 c. crabmeat or 1 1/2 c. imitation crabmeat 8 oz. chopped Swiss cheese 1/3 c. celery 1/4 c. chopped green onion 2 tbsp. white wine 9 inch pie shell, unbaked Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix mayonnaise, salt, eggs, milk and wine. Set aside. Toss cheese and flour; add cheese, crab, celery, onion together. Place in pie shell. Pour over egg mixture. Bake for 45 minutes. |
