MORNING SMOOTHIE 
This little number will start your day off right.

Blend::

5 ice cubes
3 frozen/fresh strawberries
1 medium banana
1/2 cup apple juice (or any juice that you like)
1/2 cup tomato juice
1 small lowfat yogurt (any variety)
optional: handful of fresh spinach

Blend all the ingredients together and enjoy. Perfect for an on-the-go breakfast. My two year old even has some with me in the morning and doesn't even know she's getting her veggies while enjoying it.
