BROCCOLI CHEESE DIP 
1 (sm. or lg.) pkg. frozen broccoli
1 can cream of chicken soup (do not dilute)
1 (8 oz.) Velveeta cheese (light or reg.)

Run hot water over broccoli to defrost. Cut cheese into chunks and melt in microwave; add soup and broccoli. Stir. Serve hot.

Serving suggestions: Over tortilla chips, over baked potato, over chicken fried steaks. (Crockpot works well for keeping hot.)

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
