CHERRY SALAD 
1 sm. pkg. cherry Jello, 3 oz. size
1 pkg. softened cream cheese, 4 oz. size
1 c. pitted cherries, Bing cherries home canned
1/2 c. walnuts
1 c. hot water
1/2 c. whipped topping
1/2 c. cherry juice

Add water to Jello and stir until gelatin is dissolved. Cool. Add cherry juice and chill until as thick as honey. Blend the softened cream cheese with the whipped topping and fold into gelatin mixture. Add the cherries and nuts and mix well. Chill until stiff.
