SALMON LOAF 
1 lb. salmon
3 tbsp. flour
Salmon liquid and milk to make 1 c.
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. minced onions
1 egg, beaten
3 tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. bread crumbs

Make white sauce by blending butter and flour over low heat. Add liquid and cook. Add seasonings. Mix sauce with salmon and remaining ingredients. Bake in greased 10 x 3 1/2 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 4-6.
