TROUT LOAF 
4 c. cooked trout (or salmon)
2 eggs
3 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
2 tbsp. grated onion
Dash of pepper

Drain the trout, remove bone and skin. There should be about 4 to 4 1/2 cups. Mix with slightly beaten eggs, butter, hot milk, and bread crumbs. Mix thoroughly. Pack into a 2 quart baking dish (glass), set in a pan of hot water and bake in 375 degree oven for 30 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees, bake another 15 minutes. This is good served with a cream sauce or a cheese sauce. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
