SALMON LOAF OR PATTIES 
2 (64 oz.) cans canned salmon, drained
1/4 c. lemon juice
4 c. bread crumbs
2 c. milk
6 eggs, well beaten
1 tbsp. onion flakes
1/4 c. butter
Sprinkle of paprika

Drain salmon, save juice for sauce. To salmon, add bread crumbs, lemon juice, onion flakes and butter. Mix well. Add milk and beaten eggs to salmon mixture. 42 (3-4 oz.) servings.

For loaf: Place in oiled pan into loaf shape.

For patties: Use 4 oz. scoop and flatten into a pattie. Sprinkle each patty lightly with paprika. Place on cookie sheet and bake 30 to 40 minutes; cover with foil and last 10 to 15 minutes uncover and finish baking. Use oiled cookie sheet.
