TEXAS TACOS 
1 pkg. soft corn tortillas
2 lb. lean beef, ground
1 lg. bag shredded cheese
1 head lettuce
1 lg. tomato
1 can enchilada sauce, hot
1 pkg. taco seasoning

Cook meat, drain, add seasoning, 1 can of water and enchilada sauce. Simmer 15 minutes. Heat oil, cook tortilla for 5 seconds, turn over. Place a cooked tortilla on cookie sheet flat. Add meat mixture, sprinkle with cheese, add another shell, repeat meat and cheese, repeat another shell, meat, cheese, put in oven until cheese has melted. Take out. Top with lettuce, whatever, etc.
