HOMEMADE SOFT TACO SHELLS 
Flour
Cornmeal
1 egg
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

Mix ingredients well, should be very thin. Spoon mixture onto hot flat skillet, spreading into round shape. (May take a few spoonfuls.) Fry until lightly browned on both sides. Keep warm in oven until ready to serve. Serve buttered, as taco shells or in enchiladas.
