SOFT TACO SHELLS 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. corn meal
1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 1/2 c. cold water

Beat until smooth. Spoon 3 tablespoons batter onto medium hot ungreased griddle. Spread out to make a thin pancake. Turn over when edges begin to look dry not brown.

Bloody brilliant! Although I must admit, can't find cornmeal anywhere, so used fine yellow polenta instead, used about an extra 1/4 cup of water. Turned out great!

Made this because was out of store bought taco shells. Cooked beautifully, looked great, Will put the meat, & other stuff on went to take a bite and it fell apart in his lap. Ate it like a salad. Won't be making these again.
