GRILLED SHORT RIBS | |
4 lbs. short ribs 2 c. red wine 1/4 c. cider vinegar 1 sliced onion 1/4 c. chopped onion 1/4 c. chopped carrots 6 peppercorns 1 bay leaf 1 tbsp. chopped parsley 1 tsp. thyme 1 c. oil 1. Combine all ingredients and marinate overnight. 2. Grill ribs 20 to 30 minutes, turning every 5 minutes and basting. Serves 4. |
