CHOP SUEY 
1/2 lb. pork
1/2 lb. beef, diced
2 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. diced celery
3 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. flour
A little molasses
1 c. water
1 can bean sprouts
1 c. diced onion
Salt and pepper

Brown meat and simmer until done. Add vegetables, water and butter. Cover. Simmer until vegetables are nearly done. Combine flour and soy sauce and mix smooth. Add to meat mixture and stir. Add molasses and sprouts last. Season. Serve with rice and chow mein noodles.
