CHOP SUEY 
3/4 to 1 lb. beef, cut into sm. pieces
1 lg. onion, chopped
3/4 c. celery, chopped
1 can bean sprouts
1 can mixed vegetables
1 can mushrooms
2-3 tbsp. bead molasses
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. sugar
1 c. water
Cornstarch mixed with water

Tenderize the beef and cut into small pieces. Brown in pan with chopped onions until brown. Add water, soy sauce, bead molasses, sugar and any liquid from cans into pan. Cook until meat is tender 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours. Then add celery, bean sprouts, mixed vegetables and mushrooms until warm. Add cornstarch to thicken sauce. Serve over rice or noodles.
