QUICK CHOP SUEY | |
3 onions, chopped 3 stalks, chopped 3 c. cooked fresh ham or turkey (bite size) 1 stick marjoram Salt and pepper to taste 2 tbsp. soy sauce 1 can pork or turkey gravy 1 can Chinese vegetables 1 can Chinese noodles 2 c. Minute rice Brown onion and celery in butter. Add meat and any left over gray or can gravy, soy sauce, salt and pepper. Simmer 15 minutes. Drain and rinse Chinese vegetables. Add to pan and simmer another 15 minutes. Thicken with cornstarch if necessary. Serve with rice and Chinese noodles on top. |
