THE BEST CHOCOLATE PIE 
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. salt
4 egg yolks
3 c. milk
2 sq. unsweetened chocolate
3 tsp. vanilla

Pre-bake one crust pie shell and cool. Mix well sugar, cornstarch, salt and yolks. Over medium heat gradually add milk and chocolate. Stir constantly, and bring to boil. Boil 1 minute longer. Remove from heat and mix in vanilla. Pour into cooled 9 inch pie crust. Let cool in refrigerator 3 hours before serving.
