ORANGE BARBECUED WINGS 
2 1/2 lb. chicken wings
salt and pepper to taste
1 (18 oz.) bottle barbecue sauce
3/4 c. fresh orange juice
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. grated orange rinds
1/8 to 4 tsp. ground cloves
1 clove garlic, crushed

Split chicken wings at each joint; discard tips. Pat dry. Season wings with salt and pepper. Place wings on broiler pan.

Bake at 400°F for 25 to 30 minutes or until done. Combine barbecue sauce, orange juice, Worcestershire sauce, rind, cloves and garlic in saucepan. Heat to boiling; reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Stir occasionally. Brush sauce over wings.

Makes 8 servings.
