EIGHTEEN EGG OMELET 
1/4 c. butter
18 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. chopped onion

Melt butter in 13 x 9 inch glass baking dish. (I use two 9 x 9 inch pans). be sure to coat entire pan. In large bowl beat eggs, sour cream, milk and salt until well blended. Stir in onion and pour into dish. Bake until eggs are set but moist. (I use knife - it comes out clean - done). Bake at 325 degrees for about 35 minutes. Serves 9-12.
