EGG, HAM, CHEESE OMELET 
7 slices buttered bread, old bread (cut crust off, cube bread)
1/2 to 3/4 lb. chopped ham (reg. thin ham)
1 1/2 c. Velveeta cheese, cubed

Mix in blender: 1 1/4 c. milk 12 eggs 1/2 tsp. baking powder

Grease 13 x 9 x 2 inch Pyrex glass dish. Put in layers: 1/2 bread cubes, 1/2 cheese, 1/2 liquid, chipped ham, rest of bread, cheese, liquid. Press down good, cover with foil. Bake at 325 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Cover with crushed corn flakes for 10 minutes more. May be mixed and refrigerated the night before.
