EGGS, HAM & CHEESE BREAKFAST 
6 slices bread
1 c. cheddar cheese, grated
4 eggs
2 c. milk (less for double batch)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
3/4 lb. ham, diced

Grease 8"x8" pan. Mix eggs, milk, salt and dry mustard in blender. Cube bread and put 1/2 in bottom of pan. Add 1/2 ham, 1/2 cheese and 1/2 mix from blender. Repeat with remaining 1/2. Cover with Saran Wrap and refrigerate overnight. Bake, uncovered for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 325 degrees. Add foil near end of time if needed. More bread can be added to increase amount, such as 8 slices instead of 6 slices.
