HAM AND CHEESE EGG CUPS | |
12 slices bread 6 tbsp. butter 16 eggs, beaten 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed 2 c. finely chopped ham 4 tbsp. diced onions Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Trim crust from bread, butter each slice. Place each slice in the cup of a medium size muffin tin. Bake 15 minutes. Melt butter in skillet over low heat. Combine eggs, onions, ham and cheese, pour into skillet, cook slowly stirring occasionally until eggs are cooked. Pour into toast cups and serve. |
