HAM AND EGG CHEESE BAKE 
12 to 14 slices heavy bread
8 oz. bag shredded sharp Cheddar
2 c. diced ham (may substitute with chicken, pre cooked)
6 eggs
3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt

Grease a 9 x 13 sheet pan. Layer pan with half of the bread slices. Top with shredded cheese. Top cheese with ham or chicken. Layer with remaining bread.

In a large bowl, mix eggs, milk, dry mustard and salt. Pour over bread mixture. Set aside for at least 1 hour to absorb.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
