CORN BREAD STUFFING 
1 recipe sugarless southern cornbread
2 c. day old bread crumbs
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. minced parsley
1 tbsp. mixed herbs
1 lg. onion, chopped
1/2 c. melted butter
1 c. finely chopped celery
1 lg. apple, chopped

Crumble cornbread and bread crumbs into large bowl; sprinkle with salt, pepper, parsley and herbs. Cook onion in butter for about 15 minutes. Stir onion mixture, celery and apple into bread mixture. Yield stuffing for 10-12 pound turkey.
