CORNED BEEF AND NOODLES 
8 or 9 oz. pkg. noodles
1 onion
1 green pepper
2 tbsp. butter
1 lb. can corned beef
8 oz. can tomato sauce
1/4 c. chili sauce
1/4 c. water or bouillon
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. grated cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 1 1/2 quart casserole or baking dish. Cook the noodles until tender, following directions on package. Peel and dice the onion. Cut green pepper fine. Cook onion and green pepper in butter about 5 minutes or until tender. Break corned beef into small chunks with a fork. Add to onion mixture. Stir and add tomato sauce, chili sauce, water or bouillon, mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Stir and heat 1 minute. Pour the noodles into prepared baking dish. Make a depression or well in center and fill with meat combination. Sprinkle top with cheese. Bake 30 minutes.
