CORNED BEEF AND NOODLE CASSEROLE | |
8 oz. med. noodles, cooked 1/2 c. chopped onion, sauteed in 1 tbsp. butter 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 c. milk 1/4 lb. diced aged American cheese 1 (12 oz.) can corned beef, diced 1/8 tsp. pepper 1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs Cook noodles, sauteed onion. Combine soup and milk in large bowl, add noodles and rest of ingredients; mix. Pour into 2 quart casserole. Sprinkle crumbs over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. NOTE: If you like you can pour 1/2 mix into casserole and use a layer of your favorite canned vegetable and then remainder of mix. |
