SCALLOPED NOODLES WITH CORNED
BEEF
 
4 c. noodles, cooked 10 minutes
8 tbsp. butter
2 or more tbsp. chopped onions
6 tbsp. flour
4 c. milk
2 tbsp. pimento
2 tbsp. bell pepper
2 tbsp. olives
Salt & pepper to taste
1 c. mushrooms
2 cans corned beef
1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs
2 tbsp. melted butter

Brown onion, pepper and mushrooms in butter. Add flour and milk; bring to a boil, stirring until smooth. Add meat and other ingredients except noodles. Layer the noodles and sauce in an oiled baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes at 375 degrees.
