BRUSCHETTA 
10 plum tomatoes, diced
1 tbsp. minced garlic
2 tbsp. slivered green onions
3/4 c. fresh basil
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/3 c. olive oil
Salt & pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients. Set aside. Toast slices of French bread or peasant bread. Serve tomato mixture, room temperature in bowl with spoon. Surround with bread slices.
