CLAM DIP 
1 can whole baby clams and juice
1 stick melted butter
4 oz. Ritz crackers, crumbled
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Saute onions in butter. Add all ingredients to a 1 quart casserole that has been buttered. Mix to combine. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour.
