CLAM CASSEROLE | |
2 cans minced or chopped clams 1 can cream of mushroom soup 35 round crackers, crumbled (Ritz) 2 beaten eggs 1 c. milk Mix all together, saving a few crumbs to sprinkle on top. Dot with butter. Bake in a greased casserole for 1 hour in 350 degree oven. |
