CLAM CASSEROLE | |
32 Ritz crackers, crushed 2 cans (6 1/2 or 7 1/2 or 8 oz. each) chopped clams and juice 2 beaten eggs 1/2 c. milk 1 can Campbell's condensed cream of mushroom soup Mix crushed crackers with egg beaten with milk. Add mushroom soup then clams with juice. Mix well. Pour into casserole. Then crush 4 or 6 more crackers and sprinkle on top of mixture. Bake in 350 degree oven 1 hour. Serves 6. |
