STUFFED CHICKEN BREASTS 
4 chicken breasts
1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika

STUFFING:

2 c. dry bread cubes
1 tbsp. chopped onion
2 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. hot water

Remove all bones from breasts. Shake in a paper bag with flour and seasonings. Divide stuffing between four pieces. Roll up breasts and hold together with skewers. Dip in melted butter and place in baking dish. Pour remaining butter over them and bake until tender in a moderate oven, covered, until tender.
