STUFFED BREAST OF CHICKEN 
3 lg. chicken breasts, boned
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. celery seed
4 slices bread, cubed
1 tbsp. butter, melted

Season chicken breast with salt and pepper to taste. In a large bowl mix the celery seed, salt, pepper and bread crumbs with the melted butter. Stuff the breast with the mixture and tie the sides together. Place in an oven dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours, basting with hot water and butter. Serve whole or sliced crosswise.
