1 c. butter
2 c. flour
1 c. creamed potato
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. cocoa
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
2 c. nuts
4 eggs, separated
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. ground cloves

Cream butter and sugar. Add well beaten egg yolks, then potatoes; sift dry ingredients 3 times and add alternately with milk. Add nuts and well beaten egg whites. Bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees in a tube cake pan.
