RAISIN SAUCE 
3 qts. water
2 lbs. raisins, seeded
1 c. cornstarch
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves, ground
6 tbsp. lemon juice

In large pot add 3 quarts water. Add raisins; boil 1/2 hour. Mix cornstarch with 1 quart cold water and spices. Add boiling water and raisins. Stir mixture until thick as desired. Add lemon juice last. This burns very easily. Keep stirring!
