FRUIT DIP 
1 can evaporated milk
Variety of fruit
Chopped nuts

Remove label from can and place can unopened in submerged pot of water. Simmer 2 1/2 to 3 hours; making sure can is covered with water at all times. Remove can and open. Now you have a caramel sauce; ready to use. Dip fruit in sauce, then nuts and enjoy.
