DIJON GREEN PEPPERCORN DIP 
1/2 c. evaporated milk
8 oz. softened cream cheese
1 tbsp. green peppercorns
4 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/8 tsp. salt

Place all ingredients in blender container; blend just until smooth. Serve with raw vegetables. Makes 1 2/3 cups.
