GREENS WITH CHICKEN AND GOAT
CHEESE
 
1/2 lb trimmed, halved green beans
6 cups baby salad greens
2 cups cooked shredded chicken
3/4 cup corn kernels
1/2 cup goat cheese, crumbled
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup bottled peppercorn Ranch dressing

Heat small pot of water, add green beans, cook 4 minutes, drain.

In a large bowl, add salad greens, chicken, green beans, corn, goat cheese, and sunflower seeds. Drizzle with dressing.
