JALAPENO DIP 
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
2 slices crisp bacon, crumbled
1 tbsp. bacon drippings
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 (7 oz.) jar jalapeno sauce
1 sm. can evaporated milk

Brown bacon and saute onion, drain and save 1 tablespoon of bacon drippings. Combine all ingredients in large pan and heat. Do not boil. Dip tortilla chips in the dip.
