JALAPENO DIP 
1 sm. Velveeta cheese
1 sm. sausage
1 can of Rotel, minced
1 can cream of cheddar
1 bag of nachos

In a skillet, brown sausage, drain fat. In a saucepan melt Velveeta, after which add cream of cheddar, drain Rotel and add to mixture. Mix well. Add sausage, mix well. Let simmer 5 minutes. Serve warm over nachos.
