PEACHES & CREAM CAKE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
5 tbsp. peach juice
3/4 c. sugar
1 box yellow cake mix
1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
4 eggs
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1 c. water
1 can (size 2 1/2) sliced peaches
Powdered sugar

Mix cream cheese, peach juice and sugar, and set aside.

In large bowl, mix 1 box yellow cake mix, 3 ounce package instant vanilla pudding, 4 eggs, 1/3 cup vegetable oil and 1 cup water. Beat for 3 minutes. Spread in greased and floured, 9 x 13-inch pan (not Pyrex).

Arrange over top of batter, 1 (size 2 1/2) can sliced peaches; drain juice and cut into small pieces. Spread cream cheese mixture over top until batter is covered.

Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes, or until cake tests done.

No icing needed. Powdered sugar can be sprinkled lightly over top.
